2005 F115 Intermittent No Start

I'm trying to figure out if the problem is with the starter relay or the key switch. Good voltage,and connections. After sitting a while, like overnight, when I turn the key to the start position I get a click from the starter relay but the starter doesn't kick in. When I hit the start position with the key several more times it will finally kick in and start just fine. Is there someway to put the multi-meter on the relay to figure out if it's the problem or the key switch?
