Yam 300 hpdi help!

i have a yamaha 300 hpdi 2004 i have put new main controlbox and the 2 injektor boxes wiringhardness and it will stil not run...
its missing 1 ore 2 cylenders some times it comes, and then i got 5 cylenders but not all 6

the trottel position sensor is ok and the crank position sensor too,

i have only injektors and pulser coil left of idears..... do any one hav an idear???

Get the Yamaha Diagnostic System kit and a laptop computer and plug into the motor's computer and see what kind of errors its giving you. It's much cheaper than just randomly replacing parts. You can get the YDS from either Boats.net (Central Florida Yamaha) or shipyardisland.com (Shipyard Island Marina). Costs about $200 USD.

i have though about it but the price i got is $350.
i am so lucky that i have 2 300 hpdi so i dont have to by all the things just move them over but its a long way to the sea and i have tryed a lot now so if any on had an idear

do you have a link to the yds software at the cost $200

just to finish this one - i have found out that the pulser coil was bad - and 2 sparkplugs
now it runs like a wild thing !!
