A few weeks back I had posted up about a surging issue with this engine.Well I pulled the main jets out and one of the o-rings on one of the jets was torn.Didn't have a dealer close by,so we went to the hardware store and bought what looked about the same size and installed it on the jet.There was a small difference with the sizes of o-rings but went ahead and installed it.Went out for a test run and the engine ran great all day until we started coming home and the same problem occurred.Ordered the right o-rings from Yamaha and are gonna install them this weekend.My question iso you think that not putting the factory 0-ring back on the jet and having it run good then bad is my problem?
