Oil Leak on Yamaha 90

I have a small leak where the pump leads on the tank, it slowly leaks oil. The cap with the two wires seems to be on tight, is there an o ring under there to keep it from leaking that might of went bad. Not affecting anything just cant figure it out.

the oil tank ? or pump....the tank sensor cap is like rubberized plastic and they wear out, but you can use a tie strap around it to stop the leak.

Its the tank sensor cap, I put I small zip tie around it but seems to be leaking slowly. Thanks for the reply.

the tank has its own vent so a small bead of silicone around the outside might do the trick.
