Yamaha 100 HP 4 stroke no excelleration

I have a 2001 100 HP 4 stroke and it has sit up for 1 1/2 years and I have recently run the motor and it idles fine and excellerats fine as long as it is in neutral. But when boat is in the water and I put in drive it starts missing around 2800 RPM's and won't get up on a plane. The motor has only 120 Hours on it and I have changed the water/fuel separator and checked the fuel filter (Good). Anyone ouut there have any suggestions for my problem without pulling the carbs to rebuild them?

It sounds like the carbs need to come and be cleaned.

Do you know if there is any way to clean the carbs without pulling them.
