Trim and Tilt

1991 200 trim stopped workin altogether. Selonoids click in up and down but nothing.

try putting 12volts to the light blue, see what happens, then 12v to the green wire see what happens

Would you be talking about the thick green and blue or the thin ones?

Checked both sets of blue and green wires (thick and thin) all have power.

now try this: disconnect the big blue and green wires from relays, put 12v on blue and ground on green and see if motor is turning.trim should go up
after, 12v on green and ground on blue, should go down.
if works good, check the main ground on the trim relays.
