crankcase purchase 4HP

I just ordered a new case for the 4SJ motor. Does it come with the oil line elbows/check valves pressed in? Is it ready to go IE: just swap out the parts from old engine? Sadly corrosion took out the last case. Almost new engine run in salt water then sat for many years unflushed.
