200 four stroke versus the 225 four stroke one more time.

Sorry about the mispelling in the last post. I have been looking at the specs for the 200 and 225 four strokes and find no difference. The bore/stroke/weight etc. are the same. Only the price is different! Where does the extra 25 HP come from in the 225?? Can the 200 be upgraded to a 225???

I think it's just computer programming. I see that the 225 has slightly more ignition advance than the 200 and I'm sure there are slightly more aggressive MAP programming (fuel/air delivery...) built into the 225's ECU. You can do a lot with fuel injected motors just in the fuel delivery programming.
On the other hand maybe just the decals are different?
