Adding steering and remote controls to 30hp

Hi I have a 30 hp (30 esf) motor and would like to add a steering wheel (remove tiller) and remote controls for gear selection and throttle.


Is this difficult to do? What parts do I need? I would like to get a list of parts together so I can price this out.

My goal is to do all of this for around $1000

703-48230-15-10 Side mount control box, 7 pin.
6J8-48501-02-EK Remote conversion kit
6J8-48511-51-EK Steering hook
689-61350-02-00 Steering Arm
And a steering system if you don't have a 1 in boat.
