increasing power

Hi

Someone told me that I could increase a little the power of my F15MSHC year 2004 outboard motor by changing some parts in the carburetor, like nozzles, etc.

Is this true? If yes, what parts should be changed? Would this be safe for the motor?

Check with a yamaha dealer to find the allowable range of prop pitch for your boat/motor. If it is power you are looking for drop down on the pitch but stay within the recommended range. By doing this you will increase power but lose some top end speed.
