tacometer instalation

I have a 1995 four strok 50HP, and I like to instal the tacometer gauge 6Y5-8350T-03-00, but the problem is the tac have to conectores and the engine only have one. Can anybody helpe me?

Certainly there has to be a connection somewhere on you tach. No such thing as a wireless tach.

When I said "have to conectors" I want to say TWO (2) conectors.
I by the engine used, and I think the previous owner cut some cables to adapt a no original cable. So please Help me with the conecthions.

I emailed you the instalation guide. That engine should have two connectors at engine.

Thaks, only one conector, I think the other conetor is removed, and let the wires only. I conect color/color and is working. But the hours is not showed and the butons not working. Any help?

if you cant scroll thru the functions on mode, sounds like you have a bad gauge...where did you buy it?
