next episode F60 numberplates...

on the engine are 2 plates... 1 ID plate and an CE plate...
the CE plate sais type 6C5 ,,witch is correct !
but the serial plate tells type 628c...yamaha holland claimes that its an "false"plate!( there had to be standing 6C5 according to them)

can anyone clear this?? my feeling tells me that the 628 number is used in an other country...that would make it an import-engine..

It was sold by Yamaha Motor Co LTD which is sold all over the world except for USA and Canada. Maybe somebody from outside the US will have some information for you. If you do find out let us know.

update! case solved !!

...it was professional done...real serialnumber came out under the distribution hood of engine...
motor was propperbly stolen abroard...yamaha is investigating the case...
