remote control

Had trouble disassembling the remote control unit due to corrosion sent unit and boat to service shop but having trouble reassembling it mounting holes don’t line up are we missing bits … and have to front the service co ?

From using the net it is a FLUSH MOUNT CONTROL.

Can anyone help

The boat is a South Wind with a 175 HP.
