weird type number

this motorwas offerd as an 2006 engine...but nobody in holland can confirm the type-plate!(for dutch guarantee)

F60 CETL 628C L ******* and there is the letter U in the corner.....
the motor supposed to has fuel injection....
can anyone help me with this???
