Dirty oil?????

I have about 14 hours on my current oil (Yamalube 4S). The oil is already very dark. I only have 22 total hours on my Yam. F115 and this is my first 4 stroke. The oil in my truck does not really get all that dark after 3000 miles. I know that may be an apples to oranges comparison, but should I be alarmed by my oil turning dark after 14 hours??

so this oil change has 8 hours on it? i would run it to ten and if will let you sleep easier at night, change it. you dont need to change the filter, just the oil.
