my trim & oil harness has 2 plugs with 4 FLAT connections on each of them . my yamaha mutifunction tack has 2 plugs with 4 ROUND connections on each of them .is there a adapter harness.? if so what is the part #

It depends on what year the F150 is and what style tach you have. I emailed you a guide to help tell which tach you have.
If it's a 2004 motor no adapters are needed.
2005-06 motor with older tach(this tach has a short adapter harness installed)you would need adapter 6Y5-85335-00-00.
2005-06 motor with new style tach no adapter needed. -
the motor is a 2005 f150 with flat plugs & the tacho/trim harness also have flat plugs (both ends) but the yamaha tach that was given to me by a frind has round plugs on it.
Does the adapter 6Y5-85335-00-00.convert the flat plugs to the round plugs? if so do you have them & how much.

Tach with round connectors is for 1993 and older engines. The oil level indicator and trim gauge of that tach will not work on a 2005 F150, the only portion of that gauge that will work is the tachometer.Comment
