Can you help me find out the year of this motor?

I was recently given this motor and I want to buy a manual and water pump kit for it. I can't find out for sure what year it is.

This site shows parts for this model in 1986. Another source shows the code as being a 1994. Can you help me find out what is correct?

Any other information you can share about it would be greatly appreciated as well.

s tells the length of shaft which is short
j tells the model year which is 86
