guys i bought two 05 200 hpdi and i have a new twin rigging kit i think it is a universal kit any way every thing hooks up i think right but i have four adapters left over does any one no what they are for here is the part number 6y5-85335-00-00 do i need these or are they for four strokes of something or a older model thanks again

square and one side says to engine and the other says to tach

No you only need that on 2004 and earlier motors. It's the adapter harness for tach.
