Motor tilts down, but not up. Any ideas? Is this something I can fix myself. Can hear the clicking, as though it should be working, but motor doesn't raise up. No fluid leaks.

There are two relays for the power trim/tilt - one for up and one for down. The clicking you hear is the up relay.
Monitor the voltage on the up relay contact that has a wire going back to the t/t motor - on my 2000 C115, the two wires from the relays are green and blue.
Engage the t/t switch to the up position and check to see if 12 volts is there. If it is, then the motor or associated wiring is bad. If there is no 12 volts on the contact, then the relay is bad or the wiring to the relay is bad. Could just be corroded terminals.
