'89 200hp steering arm replacement

I have twin 200's and need to replace the steering bracket assembly and clamp bracket bolts on both motors (corrosion). Anyone ever tackle a project like this? I'd like to do the job at home if possible.

The shift rods have been replaced so all bolts associated with the replacement have been broken loose and treated prior to reinstallation. Not sure if this helps or has no bearing on the steering bracket replacement.

ive never attempted one but i`d imagine the hardest job possible on your motor, then add in the corrosion factor.
the powerhead will need to removed to access the top of the upright pivot pin.
