My 22 hpdi water pressure has dropped from 20 to 25 psi down to abou 16 at wot. Below 4000 rpm it is less than 10 psi. New thermostats and popit valve put in with no help. New water pump was put in last summer. Any suggestions?

Could be that the input water temp is now higher, and therefore, the thermostats are wide open which could lead to lower water pressure.
Or, your gauge could be off.
Or, the "new" water pump has gotten weak.
