2002 Yamaha 115 4 stroke sluggish start

I have a 115 4 stroke that has runs great, but the last few times out it has been sluggish on the take off. It seems to idle ok, but when I push the throttle it bogs out. When I back off and ease into again it does fine. Any insights? Fuel filter??

Start with a new set of spark plugs and clean or replace fuel filters. Let us know if that helps it.
