Trim seal leaking

I have a 2000 225SX I noticed that the dust seal on one of my trim cylinders is leaking. How difficult is it to replace the seal ? Do I need any special tools ?

you will need a spanner wrench and i think boats.net has the best price out there.it may just need tightenin as they work themselves loose.
