Yamah command link question

I just bought a new to me boat with a 2014 F300 with the command link display.
I filled it up with fuel but the fuel bars did not show full, the very bottom one blinks as if its low on fuel. I read the manual but all it really says is how to initialize the tank when first being used.

Any ideas on how to re-program the fuel level?

Is the display round, square or rectangular? If rectangular, is it in colour or black and white?
