#6 is the hardest to get too. I think the installer [dealership]

mechanical damage, something flying around in the combustion chamber. Notice how the electrode and ground strap are both bent off in the same direction
I do not see how a piston or something bouncing around in a cylinder could cause the electrodes to be set in that position.

My second on this!...Almost any item to find it's way into the combustion chamber would deform the plug electrode in this way....a check of the piston crown should show some marks/damage also...

It's not pulled out, it's missing the insulator. Notice how long the ground strap is ? You can't pull a ground strap out
Comment
