I was being somewhat sarcastic. Fairdeal has a video of his Merc ICV tossing its pintle and possibly other pieces as well...

The fully open test does increase the rpm.

Should jack the rpm up a good bit. Kind of surprised me the first time I did it.

And it still does not chatter when you turn the motor off?
