Good thing nobody was on the dock...I am guessing a failure of some kind in the steering system and/or the propulsion system.

I have been there several times on a cruise ship...not much room in that harbour to maneuver.Bound to happen sometime. Only bent metal and bent pride.

dock is one tough unit to stand up to all of that tonnage pushing on it
