You sure your compression tester gage is good? 70 psi is a bit low....

With it being manual start how many times should I pull it? Im not sure I could probably put it on something else and try it

I suspect that motor has compression release.

Would be nice to know the model.

I was wondering about compression release on manual start units.

70 is even low on a 2 stroke, 4 strokes are higher

70 is very low to me and I'm wondering if that is my idle problem. Do it have a pressure release on it?

Think I have manual for that engine...will look and see about decompression function.I do know it's not hard to haul over.

Please let me know. I'm greatly appreciated of all who has helped. I have been looking around on the internet but have not found any oversized Pistons or rings for that engine.

That's interesting to know that's how that works. So maybe 70 psi isn't bad since its being decompressed. Idk what else to go to. The shaking is getting on my nerves. I'm not near the engine for the serial number.

That is a interesting way it's done..All the snowmobiles I ever fooled with had a cable operated valve one or more cylinders to make them easier to pull over...

I wonder if these smaller four stroke engines had that system from the get go? l looked at service manuals for several F15 and couldn't find any mention of them....except in trouble shooting section for low compression..maybe I am blind.

Of course Boscoe came up with a diagram...
