My gauge is giving me a alarm saying water in fuel i screwed off the fuel filter cup on the engine and cleaned out the filter cup and put back on but still get the warning what should i do to correct the problem. I have just replace my water separator and put in new gas also.Thanks

Disconnect the electrical connector to the cup. Does the warning go away? If so, the sensor in the cup has failed. New cup is needed.

Can you tell me if these are the same cup 6P3-WS24B-03-00 and 6P3-WS24B-21-00

They are not the same. Different part number means some physical difference in the parts.
