2 cylinders on both engines not firing

Looking for some direction. 2005 200 HPDI's twin. I am having an issue with the number 2 and 3 cylinders on both engines not firing. I changed out coils but still nothing. Not sure what to look at from here. Thanks

Two and three are not supposed to operate below 1400 RPM.

That's why I'm not a outboard tech. My problem I'm having is on my port engine, it is idling very rough, if I give it throttle it gets rougher and over 1200 engine cuts out. I do notice there a lot more exhaust smoke now since I've started having an engine issue. Also the #2 cylinder spark plug is completely caked with dry mess covering up to electrodes. I've replace the throttle sensor and still same issue. Next step is to bring to Yamaha tech.

Probably a good idea to have someone with the proper tools/equipment and knowledge look at it.
these motors are not simple anymore
