Starboard bank for sure. I will look for the bulletin. Yes, It is a 3.1L.

I've been looking for that bulletin most of last night and this morning. I can't find it. Would I need to go to a dealer to track it down? Does the fact that it's the Starboard side tell you anything about the problem? As a maintenance item, I cleaned up the poppet valve seat, replaced the spring, and converted to the mushroom style valve. I also removed some calcium build up on the seat of the port side thermostat seat.
