Outboard Identification

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to find out the year of my outboard.
Is there a link that could tell me this?
It's a Yamaha 70BE 6H3 L 300247

Best guess is 1984.

Equivalent to a US model 70ETLN. If a premix model it might be closer to a US C70.
