Just followed shop manual. You pull a fuse and then connect a battery and then check for continuity

With a battery in the system you would be checking for voltage being present.
Continuity to me means using the Ohms setting without voltage present

Installed fuse holder and runs better but still missing at wot. If I back off of throttle it runs great. Push throttle the last inch and starts missing and loosing rpm if I back off throttle it picks up rpm. Maybe just run it till it blows.

Took boat to dealerwill report what they find I think it's the ecm
