Finally picked up the boat and found a real certified yamaha tech. He also stated that the stator is bad. he tested it and said just a few days till its finished.

I would be interested in what part of the stater tested bad to cause no signal(ground) for the injectors and what was the bad reading

all BS.
the only function the stator has on an F115 is to charge the battery.
the stator has no ign functions.

Without going overboard...no pun...have you checked to see the lanyard switch is actually working? Does it crank but no start?
