  • Replaced CDI, Now This, Won't Stay Running

So I guess I got too happy too soon. This is a 2002 90tlr 2 stroke. I replaced the CDI and it started right up, but I didn't let it keep running. Was going to take it out today, but when I went to run it first here is what it is doing, even if I give it some throttle. See video link below. Doesn't even sound right to me. Any ideas of wtf now? Thanks.

    Some history on the engine?

Has it sat for awhile un-used- no stabilizer?

Have you drained the carbs(float bowl plugs) and inspected what came out?
    (Water, stinky fuel, crap, etc)

When you squeeze the primer bulb, does it eventually become hard?

Can you check for spark on all your plugs (plugged in, grounded to the block while a helper turns the key)?

I'm stupid. I switched #1 & 3 cylinders on the CDI. Running great now. Will go for a ride tomorrow afternoon hopefully to fully test.
