  • HELP Engine starts right up when cold, but won't when WARM

OK, so here it goes. I have a yamaha 250 ox66 2002, it starts right up when it is cold, but as soon as I shut it off and try starting it up when its hot, it wont crank. Almost sounds like it wants but it wont.

Things I have done already; starting with water and varnish in the tank.
resolved that issue tank is clean no water in it.

    *Changed water separator
*changed inline fuel filter and filter right before mechanical pump
*Changed VST filter, and found out had a faulty Electrical fuel pump (Changed)
*Changed all three of MMechanical pumps
    *Check Valve (Changed)
*Clean and serviced my Fuel Injectors
*I am premixing 50:1 oil pump and tank NOT CONNECTED
*Took spark Plugs off were SUPER black meaning its running rich I suppose?
    *Changed all 6 spark plugs
*O2 sensor not replaced but took off and checked not too dirty
*Also I have black Crap coming out of my exhaust in the prop

It sounds like the engine is getting more fuel than needed and sounds "flooded". Would like some help here pleaseeeeeee, Before i just SINK MY BOAT and cure all my headaches LOL

wont crank is an electrical problem.
or are you trying to say it will not fire up and run?

    what is the rail pressure?
Too high will give too much fuel
did you send the injectors off and have them serviced or was it a DIY cleaning?

most would fix the oil system properly. I am sure the black is too much oil at everything but high RPMs

if you think it is flooding open the throttle a little to give it more air

      Thanks for the reply! @99yam40*

It's cranks up but won't fire up. I have to give it gas for it to fire up. Once I do that lots of smoke comes out. I have not checked the fuel rail pressure yet (how would I do that) and the injectors I took to place here in Miami for cleaning and servicing.
