I have done them all in the past, but do not have access to any of the equipment to play with them anymore.
I am sure some of my friends with metal layths could rig them up.
but not the same as using the equipment meant for doing it.
I think the labor rate back in the early 70s was $7.50 an hour in one or more of the Independent auto shops I worked in, if my memory is still correct.
life was simpler and cheaper back then
