yes, it is straightforward -
"fooling" the engine computer by inserting a resistor into the temperature sensor circuit

I admire the purchasable item:
someone identified, and obtained, male and female versions of the specific connector used -

(there are literally scores of manufacturers of electrical connectors,
each offering hundreds or thousands of different "plugs")

to create a slick user-friendly "plug and play" item

Alternatively, one could "simply" identify the engine sensor,
and then use any suitable means to insert a resistor into the wiring
