need an oil pump for my 2 cycle yamaha

I have a 150 hp yamaha 2 cycle.

My oil pump doesn't work.

Yamaha number is 815100-0020

I have search the internet and can't find one.

Can someone help... Is there an equivalent pump other than yamaha's

The number you have provided is not valid. All part numbers for your motor can be found in the applicable parts catalog.

Are you looking for the mechanical oil pump or the electric oil pump?

Item 4 in this link is a mechanical oil pump for a V150.

Item 26 in this link is the electric oil pump.

2006 and Later V150TLR Yamaha Outboard OIL TANK Diagram and Parts

There is also an electric oil pump for an HPDI 150 Yamaha.

That's very helpful..The part number I gave is the one on my existing pump..

The electric pump in the link you sent me looks correct although the number doesn't match.

That looks to be the vendors part number. The ones that make the pump for Yamaha. You buy it using the Yamaha part number.
