So the first thing that you think I should try is to put the clear plastic tube in and look for any air bubbles? Also what the fuel water cooler I just would probably disconnect the hose and hook the motor up to the flush port and see if water flows through?

whatever water is coming out your 'telltale" had to have passed through the fuel cooler -
that's how it goes. there's no other way

if you have a good stream - can't imagine a problem there

I do not remember what motor it was, but not long ago there was a motor that had a plugged cooler outlet that ran under the power head . the cooler itself was clear, but they finally found there was no flow because of the plug where it went back into the motor .

I have no idea how this 225 is set up ,so thought I would say to make sure there is proper flow when running.

Ok I will try to post a video but I definitely have air bubbles going through the tube .when I put my hand on the tube that goes to the VST check valve I feel if you were going through it it seems like all the time

Here is a photo of when the pump was going on. It appears that there is a lot of air bubbles.

need to find out where that air is getting in.
placing some clear tubing in different places should show where the bubbles are and are not

filter housings and all connections are possible places

OK I'm gonna start moving the holes around when the motor ran I had fuel passing through the pressure release valve.I also emptied the VST tank and it appears to be full I had over I probably over 9 ounces a few on there.I pulled out the pressure release valve it took quite a bit of pressure to get it through but I did have a slight drip out of it

OK I put a plate of clear plastic tube between the onboard fuel filter and the white connector it filled with fuel after I shut it off it drain backwards I believe because now the clear plastic tube is empty

I think the primer bulb check valve was letting fuel back towards tank. I put it back together and testing it.if that's not it I will be replacing fuel filter and lines I will report back. That plastic tube idea is genius

                      Another epic fail

Just another epic failure.same issue again. I'm not sure what to try next.Replace fuel filter and fuel lines? I was thinking of taking off the pressure relief valve and vst vent and swapping with the other motor.

so you do not have air showing up on one side of the onboard filter, correct?
does if show air bubbles on the other side?

I took a video but I don't know how to post . But it looked foamy going in. The other side had bubbles looked better when I changed primer bulb.

Foamy doesn't sound right. So that is a problem between tank and engine. Look there....

Takes a lot of air to make foam.

                                Foamy going into the filter?
                                or something else?

as I said before you need to find out where the air is getting into the fuel system.
Is the another water/fuel separator/filter before it gets to the motor?
