My little 4hp seems to have issues...hard to start and won't idle,wants to run choked only and races at that...and won't run under load.100 psi compression.Had this for a couple of years and seemed to always want to run choked ,but now its worse.Have had the carb off and cleaned ,but I must be missing something.

probably did not clean it good enough.
need to take apart completely to get is done.

also set to spec if you can find the spec
