I have Contender 31T with twin 2008 F250's, while *****ing for about 2 hours at 1900 to 2200 RPM notice starboard engine started to rev up and down RPM. Felt like the hub on propeller was spinning lose, loosing traction. Props were just serviced and new hubs were installed. After we finished fishing on the way back I opened up the engines and they worked fine. I went ahead and replaced the water separators and fuel filters on both engine thinking maybe they were clogged and engine was just leaning out due to lack of fuel. Went out this past weekend and after about 2 hours of *****ing the same engine started doing the same thing all over again. Fuel is good, oil is good, lower units oil good, Temp good, Oil pressure good, only have about 50 hrs since last tune up. Not sure if this is fuel or electrical problem. Need help with this one.
