2004 vmax 150 idle issues

Drained fuel(cloudy) and cleaned carbs. Did not install a kit.
Idling better but not right. Does on and off and hesitates when getting on top.

Suggestions?

Carb kits cheaper than $90?

Crappy fuel still in tank? How do plugs look?

Tried running off small portable tank with fresh fuel?

Prob need to sync the carbs if you had them off.
