2014 command link plus LCD Display Issue

Question: The LCD display goes black about 5 minutes after starting F300 engine. This happened twice, now it will not turn on at all. I confirmed, I have 12V on the wiring harness. Any suggestions?

The inference to me is that the display eventually can be turned back on. Is that correct?

Or are you now saying that the display will not turn on at all? No way, no how?

If it won't power up, and there is power to the display, then I am guessing that the switch or something internal has died.
