I heard of an OX66 150 losing power on take off one time. Sounds just like yours. Whatever was causing the other motor to lose power has to be exactly what is causing yours to lose power.

How was the motor converted to aviation use by the way? Was a radiator installed for cooling purposes?

But wait. The OP only made a statement. No questions or solicitation for help.

I suppose I should have simply thanked him for his contribution to this forum.

Some guy posts about his HPDI suddenly dying offshore. 35mph run and it just croaks. He says he "figgered it overheated" Something about limp mode. No alarm mentioned. He did make one comment that most missed, "multi-function gauges quit working" And we were off and running........Blown headgaskets, Seized up cause it won't crank, buddy had one that did that, Big Money repair!....
