Lugging to me means that it can't build the proper rpm so it's always struggling
    This is the opposite
    It builds rpm quickly now
It was revs to 6000 now with two people in it with trim
    And may go higher

went back and read the thread from the start again to understand what is going on.

If you load the boat widely different at different times, most will have different props for different uses.
pulling tubes, skiers,,etc is way different that just running to a fishing spot with people and gear.

If your WOT RPM with the load you normally run is in the upper range of the Motors recommended RPM you are fine. if you get over the recommended RPM you will need to pay attention and throttle back to keep it under.
Most people run a prop that works well for the load they normally run and then watch the RPM and manually limit it when lightly loaded,

Switching pitch and number of blades at the same time can give results not fully calculated for.

all you had to say was the new prop gets up to the proper WOT RPM or say what the WOT RPM is when loaded heavy and light , which it sounds like you do not know

        Sorry I wasnt being clear
I am pleased with the way it pulls now and yes I will have to watch that it doesn't get beyond 6000 but honestly I rarely run wide open

        Thx for you input
        Much appreciated

you really don't have to watch it.
the rev limiter will stop you.
that is why I try to prop it about 300 RPM below the rev limiter.

6200 has been mentioned on several different threads.

Close enough anyway....you'll know when you bounce off of it.
