F250TXRD Corroded Powerhead Base

Any ideas on how to best fix this corrosion? Marine Tex? Weld?

try to weld would be my thoughts, but corroded outboard metal is tricky to weld up

That's the exhaust "port" correct?

With the heat there, I would definitely weld it.

I would also recommend a propeller shop as they do really light, intricate stuff
(building up aluminum props)

agreed - water on one side, exhaust gas on the other?
IMO epoxy would be a waste of time

Yes ,it is on the exhaust port at the bottom of the powerhead on the forward (bow) side of the block.
