        I may be confusing the thread by talking about my 20LG 1988 two stroke. The original post is about F15.

            I was responding to the question about F15C 2006 onwards-i have changed a lot of them and it gives much more power.Might change the propeller as well with higher pitch due to more power ( these engines likes to work up to the rev limit to be healthy)

              Arny, have a couple of questions

              Do know how much bigger the new carb is then the original?

              When you put the bigger carb on, does its bore size now match the intake manifold bore size?

                Both carbs are the same,but one have a smaller hole (venturi). The bigger is the "original" for this motor. Havent measured the diameter difference,but its signifant.
