Yamaha 115 water pump kit ?

I have a 115TJR / 2008. Jet drive
The water pump kit I got , from a Yamaha dealer
68V-W0078-00
didn't fit
PN I think I need is 68V-W0078-00-00
But
when I look it up on line is see differences in the individual part numbers in the kit & the insert cartridge is different.
Mine has two ears sticking up 180° apart to lock the cartridge into the water pump housing
but the housing in the kit I got has the ears 90° apart, the impeller key is too big, (don't fit into the slot in the drive shaft) & the impeller is a tad smaller.

When I look up the 00-00 number, I see 2 different insert cartridges, one with the ears 90° apart & some have the ears 180° apart.

How do I get the right one
I need the one with the ears 180° apart

My insert cartridge looks like this one with the ears 180° from each other,

The 00-00 kit shows the cartridge with the ears 90° from each other .

Also
The new bolts in the kit are not long enough.

From experience I know I need longer water pump housing bolts.
I use the original bolts that are longer.

Running is in muddy/silty river here,
this is my 3rd time replacing the water pump
but the new PN / & parts now don't jive with what is on my 115/80jet 08 TJR

68V-W0078-00 and 68V-W0078-00-00 are one and the same. The first just has the last two digits missing.

So there's no OEM "water pump kit" for my motor ?
just need to use the original longer bolts
& I have to buy the the individual parts

I have to buy individually parts 11 thru 16 ?
Might not hurt to get a new housing too, 10 thru 16,

it's different than the one for the TJR-P

Not trying to be difficult,

But Iv'e just replaced the drive shaft assembly
Had it all apart, & is back together.
Had the wrong water pump parts
(Used the old water pump parts, look OK,( slight wear) but want to have the new parts on hand )
Waiting for "liquid water" so I can test run it.

The next time I pull it apart, having the right part is a lot more fun.

jet drives must be looked up as jet drives.
or the parts may be wrong.

Learning that

Mallory makes a water pump kit that looks correct
Used one years ago, fit all but impeller key & bolts
Like using OEM , it was the only one in my area , on hand

Will research jet drive sites

A common maintenance part here & lots of 115 Yamaha jets
A water pump kit should be an off the shelf item

May need to go to Anchorage,

Installed water pump/pic

I put the old water pump back in, didn't look bad
Should get thru the Sumer with it.
Will get a spare for on the boat though.
No repair shops miles miles up the Yetna R. Sand bar repair only

Said he's ordering : 68V-W0078-00-00
Will wait & see , (I have doubts now)

but if not the right one.
I'll probably be making an order
No water pump kit available , but can order the individual parts. Items 11 - 15. ( $110 + shipping )

You can call these folks directly (as I have before when trying to buy a kit). Extremely helpful, got exactly what I needed and a bit cheaper than the dealer...
