Repower help,putting a 2014 in place of a 2004 F 150

Repowering my Parker with a 2014 F 150 and when connecting up the 2004 F150 OEM harness there is an extra 4 pin connector?
Id also like to confirm exactly where the positive and negative cables go?

for 2005 Yamaha went from two connectors on the engine for trim/oil harness to one connector.

So at the engine end, you just use one, but there is apparently an "adapter harness" to be inserted at the tach end.

We'll need Boscoe to explain....

No change with "negative to ground" for the battery cables
I'd guess still Positive to the starter solenoid

Well I checked the catalogue and also called Boats.net and Im still not sure exactly which harness adapter I need. would like to get the boat ready for the season. Please advise.

Well after more research the part number I believe I need is 6Y5-85335-00-00.
Can anyone please confirm this?
2004 gauges to a 2014 motor.
